Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Processing time is estimated within 1–3 working days.
- Orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is between 2–7 working days depending on the destination.
- Rural or remote areas may require a longer delivery period.
- Any delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Method
- Deliveries are managed through the EasyParcel platform.
- We will use courier services provided by EasyParcel based on availability and suitability.
- Courier services available through EasyParcel may include but are not limited to:
- Pos Laju
- J&T Express
- Ninja Van
- DHL eCommerce
- City-Link Express
- Skynet
- GDex
- Courier selection depends on availability on the shipping day.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
- Shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
5. Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- Audivex Pro is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Recipient cannot be contacted.
- No recipient available at the location.
Then:
- Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Risk & Responsibility
- All risks of loss or damage during shipping are under the responsibility of the courier service.
- However, we will assist with courier claims whenever necessary.
8. Order Status & Tracking
- All shipments follow the EasyParcel system and process.
- A tracking number will be provided after fulfilment is completed.
- Customers may track their shipment through official EasyParcel Tracking Page
Delivery status notifications may be sent through SMS or email depending on the courier service system used.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Any issue must be reported within 3 days after receiving the parcel.
- Customers must provide supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
- Audivex Pro will review the case and assist accordingly.
10. Policy Changes
Audivex Pro reserves the right to update, modify or change this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
